Shipping:
We will ship your order within 2-3 business days of receiving your order (if we can do it sooner, we always will). If for any reason we cannot meet this time frame (due to out of stock or other delays) we will let you know and give you the option of cancelling the order. Items will be shipped with insured delivery with the USPS. If you would like a different carrier or faster delivery, please leave us a comment on your order we will try to accommodate. If you wish to cancel an order notify us immediately, if the order has not shipped we will do our very best to cancel and refund your card.
Damages from shipping should be reported within 72 hours of receipt. If your item is damaged please email us and include pictures of the damage so we can determine the best way to correct. Save all packing material and include pictures of the box so we can determine the cause of the damage and file appropriate claims with the shipper. Since most items are one of a kind, we will handle each claim individually.
Returns and exchanges:
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Because almost every item in our collection is handmade and unique please reach out with any questions via email before ordering. If you really don't love it, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and return to us within 10 days for exchange or store credit. Return shipments must be insured and sent with tracking information and received in the same condition as new. We do not cover return shipping, and we will deduct the original amount of any shipping from the store credit. Please note that we do charge shipping on exchanges.
Our goal is to always work with you and determine the best way to reach a satisfying conclusion. We want you to come back! Since this is a very small business representing handcrafted items from local artisans, we cannot always offer the same perks as the big boys, but we promise we will always strive to make you happy!
Food items and personal items are non-returnable and may not be exchanged.
Clearance sale items are final sale and may not be exchanged.
