Mike Stevens is a member of one of the original founding families of Five Islands, a descendant of the original settler of Five Islands Farm, that dates back to the early 1700's. He works as a fisherman, a captain and a self-trained artist. His unique rustic folk art style is evocative of generations of coastal living and seafaring with an innovative contemporary edge. Currently sidelined from an injury the work here was produced earlier, we are hoping for a complete recovery soon, and hope to add more work from the archive as it becomes available!
